We ship orders using Canada Post. For more specific information on their services click here.

Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its individual product details section. Weights are typically rounded to the next half kilogram.

Delivery date is a combination of Canada Post delivery standards and the retailer’s fulfillment time.

The shipping cost is the cost of shipping using Canada Post services and the retailer’s handling costs.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Delivery dates outside Canada are approximations that do not include delays due to customs.

Shipping Restrictions

No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses for insurance purposes. We require signatures on all packages. If you will not be available to sign for your shipment, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package.

Discreet Packaging

All of our products will always be sent in plain or Canada Post branded boxing. Glass and fragile items will be packed with extra care. Rest assured your purchase will be handled with the utmost respect.


All of our shipments are insured through Canada Post. Insurance is included automatically during the checkout process.

International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Boroheads does not refund customs, duties or taxes associated with international returns. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are shipped internationally. Due to other Countries Customs/Duties and international transportation laws, we cannot always guarantee safe and secure shipping when shipping outside of Canada.


If your order arrives damaged you will need to contact customer service the same day as receiving the package. Any damage claims made after this time can not be accepted. Products must not have been used.

If you receive an incorrect product, you will need to mail the unused item(s) back within 5 days of receiving it, unopened and otherwise free from tampering, and we will either replace it with the correct item or issue a refund.

There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned orders.

Final sale products cannot be returned.
